We are looking for a Senior Lead Gas Engineer to work in & around East London at the leading edge of said companies’ operations in which you are expected to provide the very best service possible, be an ambassador for your company and to encourage and promote excellent performance from your peers.

You are expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to first time fix, customer satisfaction and cost per job, productivity and complaint performance.

You will be a key member of the field delivery team, you are always expected to work to specific contractual requirements and be an ambassador for the client. You will support management to achieve excellent team performance. You will attend complaint and multi-visit jobs where instructed and will provide feedback to management regarding complaints jobs.

You will be the technical lead in your team and support your colleagues in all aspects of technical quality. You will be required to coach, mentor, and audit your colleagues to ensure they meet the standards required. You will be required to stand in for the Regional Support Manager where required.

Location: East London

Salary: £47,000 inclusive of location premium

Access to KPI Bonus Scheme – Potential earnings up to = £7,200 per annum on top!

Access to Productivity Standby Scheme – Average earnings around = £15,000 per annum on top!

What do we need from you?

Essential:

• CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT (minimum of six months before expiry)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Nice to have but not essential:

• Unvented Hot Water
• Energy efficiency
• Minimum of 2 years gas servicing experience

• HIU experience
• Solar Thermal
• Heat Pumps
• OFTEC, HETAS, LPG

About the role:

Level: Field based

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am -5.30pm. Standby rota minimum 1 week in every 4 weeks.

*Standby starts at 5.30pm until 8am the following day– Monday to Monday

*Standby Weekends - 8am Saturday morning until 8am Monday Morning
