Position Overview:
They are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Property Management to lead and expand the property management division. This role is critical to the continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in property management, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the property management division, aligning with the company’s growth objectives. Lead and mentor a team of property managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs with tailored solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance property performance and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the property management portfolio and increasing revenue streams. Collaborate with the business development team to pitch and secure new contracts.
  • Financial Management: Manage the division’s budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a senior property management role, with a strong track record of leadership and business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the property management sector, including relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
