Building Surveyor - Expiring soon!

An immediate post has arisen working within a design team on a permanent basis as a Building Surveyor. You will be overseeing various projects working on their Commercial Properties, and you will be expected to be able to overseeing planned and reactive projects of various types.
You will be working alongside 3 other surveyors, reporting into the Lead Surveying Manager and be part of a large design team.
Duties of the Building Surveyor:
* Planned Maintenance Project Management, overseeing solely commercial buildings including;
Schools
Office blocks
Stations
Corperate Buildings
Sports Facilities
* Project Managing multiple Maintenance projects including overseeing windows, doors, adaptations and roofing refurbishments, as well as some reactive maintenance.
Essential Skills for the Maintenance and Minor Works Surveyor
* Auto CAD abilities
* Microsoft Office
* Schedule of Rates
* Ability to read and write specifications
