The Role:
You will be responsible for all the painting and decorating within the building and also any general building fabric maintenance eg - light carpentry, within a healthcare facility in Leeds.
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.00
The Salary:
Salary is £30k + OT + 25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
