I am looking for an extremely motivated, confident Administrator to manage their own time.

This role offers a flexible and remote working environment with the benefit of one day of onsite training in Staffordshire. It also includes essential equipment, making it convenient for the successful candidate. The flexibility around working hours is particularly appealing, especially for those who may need to balance work with personal commitments such as school runs.



Key Responsibilities as the Administrator

  1. Operational Management: The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Client and Customer Relations: As the main point of contact, the manager must maintain excellent communication with clients and customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
  3. Diary Management: The role involves booking work into diaries and effectively managing these bookings to ensure optimal scheduling.
  4. Workflow Oversight: Managing the company's online workflow system will be critical, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
  5. Financial Management: Checking automated invoices and overseeing financial matters will be part of the daily tasks.
  6. Report Management: The candidate will ensure the completion and accuracy of reports.
  7. Business Development: Following up on referrals from third-party suppliers and reaching out to potential clients will also be part of the role.

  • Excellent Phone Manner: Confidence and clarity in communication over the phone are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure processes are followed.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing and resolving client and customer issues efficiently.

  • Proactive Attitude: A candidate who can take initiative, especially in following up on leads and potential business opportunities.
