The School and Role


A specialist SEND provision in Sunderland are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join their school on a full time/long term basis from September 2024 ongoing. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be responsible for working with a small group of young people who find it challenging to engage in the classroom.

The desired Behaviour Mentor will have;

  • Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
  • A passion for education and helping people
  • A nurturing and engaging personality
