Exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Recruitment Partner - Primary Education
Are you a Senior Recruitment Consultant working in the Primary Education Sector in Cardiff looking for a move? If so please feel free to message me for a confidential chat or email me on (url removed) The role As a Senior Executive Recruitment Partner you will be the go-to recruiter in the Education team. You will be a market leader and set an example as a highly experienced recruiter. you will implement creative candidate attraction strategies, provide expert sector knowledge, be able to organise events and be able to offer market insights. As well as this you will lead in resolving complex complaints and handle challenging client conversations. You will be a champion of the Hoop brand and have the ability to cross sell all of the Hoop divisions effectively. This role requires a high level of expertise, autonomy, and a comprehensive understanding of the sector.
Senior Recruitment Partner
£33 - 40K (OTE 50-70k)
Complete Hybrid & Flexible Working
Condensed out-of-term working hours(5 hour days)
23 days + BH (increases by 1 day every year)
Volunteer day
No Commission Caps
In-house Back Office Team - taking care of compliance, timesheets, payroll queries and all other administrative tasks
