Job Title: Gangs of Tradesmen (Labourers and Skilled Tradesmen)

Location: Mid & North Wales
Salary:

• Labourers: £15 per hour (Approx. £150 per day based on hours worked)
• Skilled Tradesmen: £18 per hour (Approx. £180 per day based on hours worked)

Key Responsibilities:

• Labourers: Support skilled tradesmen on various construction sites by carrying out general tasks such as material handling, site setup, and cleanup, ensuring all work areas are safe and organized.
• Skilled Tradesmen: Perform a range of trades, including brickwork, plastering, carpentry, and more, across multiple high-profile sites, maintaining the high standards expected in luxury construction.
• Work collaboratively as part of a gang, traveling to different sites as required, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• All members must hold a valid CSCS card.
• A valid driving license is essential for at least one member of the gang.
• Labourers: A strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and work efficiently in a team.
• Skilled Tradesmen: Proven experience in one or more trades (e.g., bricklaying, plastering, carpentry). Own tools are required, though some tools will be provided by the company.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
