Office Administrator

We are  currently looking for an permanant administrator who will provide ad-hoc admin support for the training department.

Their role will involve the following:-

  • Submissions of engineer’s hours to Payroll on a weekly and monthly basis by the deadline date.
  • Assisting managers/engineers with basic HR enquiries
  • Ensuring Cascade our inhouse software is up-to-date
  • Assisting with recruitment and induction of new members of staff
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the training department
  • General administration support around the department

Hours of work 37.5 per week - 7am – 3pm - Monday – Friday. However, in the first few weeks, they will work 8am – 4pm, while training.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Great interpersonal skills to create relationships with the team and the engineers
  • Ensuring confidentiality of staff personal details
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Ability to deal with people at different levels
  • HR Admin experience would be beneficial
