Project Manager | Site Based (Midlands) | Up to £60,000 + car/allowance + bonus*  

The Opportunity:

Ford and Stanley Talent Services Group are proud to be partnered with a nationwide construction contractor, who due to their innovative patented product, are gaining traction in the market and as such, are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist with the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects across the Midlands. 

Working in collaboration with the senior leadership team, we are looking for a personable and hardworking Project Manager with an extensive project management background and proven experience in managing high-profile construction/structures projects. 

This position would be well suited to a strong, confident Project Manager who is looking for a progressive business to continue their development and climb the internal ranks. As an SME-sized business, they offer tailored progression and development opportunities including funding and support through further education and industry training courses.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Be able to make decisions and give clear and precise instruction.
• Be commercially aware and work within cost budgets.
• Have leadership skills with organising site staff and fitters on site.
• Be knowledgeable in putting together programme of works for projects.
• Have good communication skills, and professionalism to liaise with main clients and their design teams.
• Give advice and training to more junior members of staff.
• Ensure safety standards are met on all sites. ▪ Check on the quality of the works on sites.

Candidate Essentials  

• Extensive project management experience. (Essential) 
• Structural construction experience, ideally facades or rainscreen cladding (Essential)
• CSCS Management Card, SMSTS and/or SSSTS (Essential)
• Full UK drivers licence (Essential)
