Salary - £32,000 – £35,000

Monday – Friday 8:50pm – 6pm

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team based in Fitzrovia. Looking after a portfolio of around 115 properties. You will have good experience of dealing with multiple personalities – Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. A good understanding of all aspects of Property Management HMO, Selective licensing along with knowledge of fire safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be organised with great record keeping, punctual, well presented and confident to oversee a Junior Assistant Property Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a Portfolio of Properties
• Key Management 
• Sending welcome letters, inventories and rent codes.
• Right to rents.
• Updating database
• Booking checkouts
• Renewals and tenant swaps
• Promotions
• Adhoc duties
• Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
• Carry out property inspections

The Individual:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
• Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
