We are looking for ECT's across primary, secondary or PRU/SEN schools across Birmingham or Sandwell to support with one of the following... flexible day cover, long term assignments and permanent roles. (whatever suits you best)

We have a number of vacancies currently available but we are also able to get you CV out to local schools to find you a suitable position. Our job is to find you the most suitable role!

As a newly qualified teacher, going through an agency is a GREAT way to maximise your exposure within local schools, as we are able to get your details sent out to hundreds of schools in your area!

It allows you to visit a few schools in your area if looking for flexible work, exploring your preferences and trying out settings before commiting to something more long term/permanent. Or you can jump right into a long term or permanent role with us!

The successful candidate will essentially have: 

• Qualification: QTS or equivalent 
• Atleast 4-6 months of UK teaching experience
• Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for)
• Available between 1 to 5 days per week (you tell us whats best!)

Your responsibilities will be:

• To teach students to a high standard
• Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
• Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
• Planning and marking responsibilities with long term or perm roles
