- Clear debris, such as scrap materials, packaging, and other waste, from the site.
- Sweep and vacuum floors, including concrete, wood, and other surfaces, to remove dust and dirt.
- Use industrial vacuums and other equipment to clean hard-to-reach areas, such as ceilings, walls, and corners.
- Wipe down surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and windowsills, to remove dust, paint splatters, and residue.
- Clean and polish metal fixtures, such as railings, door handles, and light fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to ensure they are free of smudges, streaks, and dirt.
- Mop and scrub floors, including tile, wood, and concrete, to remove stains, adhesives, and other construction-related marks.
- Clean and disinfect newly installed bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tiles.
- Wipe down and sanitize kitchen counters, cabinets, and appliances in newly constructed kitchens.
- Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials, such as chemical cleaners or construction-related substances.
- Ensure that the site complies with safety and environmental regulations during the cleaning process.
- Report any damage, defects, or unfinished work observed during cleaning to the site supervisor.
