I am currently working in partnership with one of the UK's largest FM service providers who are looking for maintenance engineers to maintain a multi-client portfolio based across North West London. 

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Location: North West London 

Salary - £40,500 per annum (Dependant on experience and qualifications)

Your Role

• You’ll be out on the roads travelling to your own dedicated sites as our client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. 
• Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.

To be Successful you will need to hold a valid UK driver’s license, City and Guilds / NVQ Level 2 within Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Commercial Maintenance Experience is desired but not essential.
