We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Key Stage 1 team in Ealing. This part-time role focuses on providing targeted boosters and interventions, particularly for students with Special Educational Needs. Your support will be crucial in helping these young minds reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Application Requirements: 

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
• Experience or an interest in Special Educational Needs and interventions.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting students’ learning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide targeted booster sessions and interventions for Key Stage 1 students.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued.
