Application Requirements: 

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and development.
• Relevant qualifications preffered or a willingness to undertake training.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups, ensuring all children can access the curriculum.
• Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Work closely with the teaching team to assess and monitor children’s progress.• 
• Encourage positive social interactions and manage behavior in line with the school’s ethos.
