- An experienced recruitment consultant who has a genuine interest in the education sector, or a recruitment consultant from another sector looking to try something new and exciting.
- An organised and process driven individual who enjoys running a busy desk.
- Someone who understands the importance of compliance and safeguarding. Keeping children safe in education is our priority!
- A recruitment consultant who builds and maintains positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Somone who is motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped OTE and opportunities for progression
- A confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and having a chat!
