Pertemps is seeking a skilled Aluminium TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about welding and eager to grow within a supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to a respected company while developing their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Weld and fabricate components according to detailed plans, ensuring high-quality results.
*Operate welding machinery and related tools to meet customer specifications.
*Use grinders and buffers to clean and smooth parts before and after welding.
*Keep all equipment and tools clean and well-maintained.
*Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
*Ensure the workspace is tidy and well-organised, with all materials and tools readily accessible.
*Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
*Previous experience as a TIG Welder, ideally within a similar industry.
*A keen eye for detail and precision in all aspects of work.
*Ability to work with a variety of materials and gauges.
*Experience welding aluminium materials ranging from 0.8mm to 3.0mm in thickness.
*Strong time management skills and the ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
*Maintain thorough records of completed work.
