Job Title: Business Development Manager (Exhibitions & Events)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's client base. As well as identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, you willl have the opporunity to travel to shows and exhibitions across the world to meet with clients.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
-Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
-Research and analyse market trends and customer needs
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals
-Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
-Negotiate and close deals
-Manage sales activities and processes
-Conduct presentations and demonstrations

Technical Skills:

- Experienced sales professional (ideally within the exhibition and events space)
-Strong sales, marketing and customer service skills
-Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficient in MS Office Suite
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-Knowledge of the creative and events industry
