The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor? Our client is seeking dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and manage their teams and contracts. As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role crucial role in ensuring that our clients landscaping projects and contracts are carried out to the highest of standards.

As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Site Manager with a track record in Hard landscaping to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing landscaping projects that involve the installation and maintenance of structural elements such as patios, pathways, driveways, retaining walls, and other non-plant features. Your responsibilities will span across project management, coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting Plans: Review and understand project blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure proper execution.
• Scheduling: Develop detailed work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordination: Coordinate with architects, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.

• Supervising Crews: Oversee and manage the work of landscapers, laborers, and subcontractors on-site, ensuring they adhere to the project plan.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate materials, tools, and equipment as needed, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
• Problem Solving: Address any on-site issues, such as unforeseen obstacles or changes in project scope, with quick and effective solutions.

• Ensuring Standards: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets the project specifications and industry standards.
• Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is progressing according to the plan and that all installations are done correctly.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who has the following skills and qualifications:

• Full UK Driver’s License is essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Landscape management
• Experience managing projects in excess of 250K
• Strong communication and writing skills
• NVQ in Landscaping is preferred
• SSSTS is preferred
• SMSTS is preferred
• CSCS card is Preferred
