An technology investment company backed by high-net-worth individuals that collaborates with visionary entrepreneurs to build transformative companies is looking to add an ambitious driven graduate to work under a Finance Director with their services management group. In keeping with the individuals approach to work, there is a great deal of latitude on hybrid working and attending offices in Central or West London.
The key responsibilities will be:
  • Processing supplier invoices from posting through to payment
  • Managing all bookkeeping activities for the Management Services company, including cost recharges to group companies
  • Supporting group companies with accounting and analytical tasks
  • Coordinating with auditors and external advisers in various European countries to ensure timely statutory filings
  • Assisting in group company consolidations
  • Reconciling accounts, including suppliers, bank, and intercompany
  • Contributing to projects such as restructuring the legacy group in Europe
  • Handling property/facilities administration
  • Managing car/boat fleet administration
Suitable applicants will be a recent graduate, ideally with a degree in accounting & finance, with up to 1 years’ experience through internships or post-graduate work. You will be eager to learn and grow, with mentorship provided towards you gaining an ACCA / CIMA qualification. You will be highly organised, motivated, driven with proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills are essential to be able to interact effectively with a diverse range of people across multiple European countries.
