Location: Perth (Hybrid)

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (Dependant on Experience)

Hours - Roughly 35hrs a week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners, ensuring the efficient functioning of the department.
  • Complete various documentation and correspondence accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to department styles.
  • Handle external and internal telephone calls promptly and courteously, delivering messages as required.
  • Assist fee earners with administration tasks, such as form filling.
  • Utilise the firm's IT systems effectively to maximise efficiency.
  • Comply with the firm's quality system and adhere to office and compliance procedures, including health and safety.

Skills Required/Expected:

  • Previous experience of being a Legal Secretary in Properties is essential.
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Methodical approach to work with good organisational skills, able to work to demanding time scales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • In-depth knowledge of the department's work.
