Miles Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Fee Earner to join a well established and excelling company based in Wiltshire.

Within this role as a Residential Fee Earner, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients. Your duties will also include:

- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
- Provide clear, prompt, and accurate updates to clients and other relevant parties throughout the process.
- Liaise with solicitors, legal executives, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all client files

To thrive in this position as a Residential Fee Earner, it is desired that you have 2+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of managing your own caseload. Skills and attributes required to excel as a Residential Fee Earner include:

- Excellent communication and client skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
