Job Title: Site Manager
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £19.00 per hour + Package
Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Benefits:
20 days holiday (+ bank holidays and Christmas break)
Average holiday pay
Increased hours when working away (e.g., work 10 hours, get paid for 12)
Increased hours for night shifts (e.g., work 10 hours, get paid for 15)
Weekend pay rates: time and ¼ on Saturdays, time and ½ on Sundays
Hotels paid directly by the company with lodging and subsistence of £37.50 per night
Mileage reimbursement for use of own vehicle
About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing sites with up to 20 personnel. Retail and Food & Beverage Fit out.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site
Managing transport and logistics
Upholding health and safety standards
Liaising with clients to ensure their satisfaction
Projects typically range from £50k to £1 million in value and span between 4 to 18 weeks.
