Remote Sales Account Manager - USA Market | Remote Working | Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm | £30,000 - £35,000

The ideal candidate for this role will be a USA Native and have previous experience in the USA recruitment market and have a solid understanding of industry intricacies.

Are you the right person for the job?

• You must be educated to Degree level in a relevant field
• Proven experience in sales or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments is a plus

What will your role look like?

• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
• Utilise a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office work to maximise productivity
