The Role:
Oversee commercial control of projects by managing legal and contractual obligations, procuring subcontractors and materials, implementing robust change control, and providing monthly financial reports. Ensure accurate forecasts, handle project risks and opportunities, manage subcontract and final accounts, and build strong working relationships while adhering to the RSK HSEQ Management System and supporting process improvements.

Could you be the Quantity Surveyor for the job?
- Technical Quantity Surveying qualifications
- Highly experienced in Surveying within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Experience in interpreting contracts/contractual terms, including JCT, NEC, ICC.
- Member of a recognised professional institution (i.e. RICS, CIOB, CICES)
- UK full driving licence
