Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our expanding engineering team. This role is diverse and challenging, ensuring no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers deliver both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating to the highest standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
- Address queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits.
Requirements:
- Full, current driving licence
- IT literacy for record-keeping
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties
- Self-motivated and solutions-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction, or a similar sector
- Qualified to Level 2/3 City and Guilds (Joinery / Building)
