Business Development Manager - VMI Sales

£38000 - £40,000 Basic per annum Plus Commission, Company Car, Fuel Card, Tablet, Phone (All business expenses paid) Full Training.

Are you a Business Development Manager/Sales Individual with an Engineering or Manufacturing background and looking for a fresh challenge?

A brand-new opportunity has become available for our client and we are looking for a new BDM to join our Industry Division.

Our client, with €900m+ turnover, continues to have outstanding success with our multiple offerings in the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) sector, using Vending machine solutions and Kanban systems with Industrial & Manufacturing companies throughout Europe, with the focus now on Kick-Starting their UK operations.

The business sell and have access to 100,000 industrial consumables, including fixings, Nuts & Bolts, PPE, Abrasives, Drills and much more.

The ideal Candidates will have:

* Kanban System selling experience, (Desirable, but not essential)

* Vending Machine Solution selling experience (Desirable, but not essential)

* Excellent Presentation skills

* A hunger for New business development

* Tendering experience

* Self-generating prospect pipeline skills

However, we also want to hear from established Sales professionals, who may not have VMI experience, but are great New Business Developers, looking to explore a different way of selling.  Full Product and System training will be given.

This Position is Field Based so full flexibility working from home and out on the road.

Our client is an established business in the UK, with 120 employees, including 80+ Field Sales professionals and are looking to continue their growth by following in the footsteps of their bigger 'sister' companies in the Group.
