Fire Delivery Manager
Salary: Up to £53,000
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid)
About
Are you looking for a position that will allow you to work on a wide range of planned and reactive remedial fire works. Joining a team of experienced fire safety professionals this position, you will be responsible for ensuring works are completed to a high standard, within set timelines and within agreed budgets.
This role has been newly formed due to the expansion of the team to ensure the high customer satisfaction levels for residents of this housing association.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of 3 direct reports
Project management
Setting budgets
Assessing FRA remedial works
Managing contractors
Liaising with 3rd parties, building fantastic relationships
What will make you the right fit?
Qualification in Fire Risk assessment
Knowledge of Active fire safety systems, in particular fire alarms
Experience using Excel
Experience designing fire safety systems
In return you will receive
Salary of up to £53,000
28 days annual leave + bank holidays
Funded qualifications (fire stopping/ fire door compliance)
