Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Picking Manager in a medical warehouse in L3 area.

This is a permanent position.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Picking Manager, working for a medical company based in Liverpool, L3. The job is a perm position.

The purpose of the role:

To supervise and coordinate the picking and shipping of outbound orders.

Duties include:

• Within the role of Team Leader your duties will be to supervise and coordinate the picking and shipping of outbound orders
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork.
• Using warehouse management systems or handheld devices to keep track of inventory and orders.
• Inspecting products for defects and damages and reporting any issues to management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and safely, and rearranging stock as needed.
• Overseeing other employees within the operation ensuring the KPI targets are met.
• Ensuring goods are picked correctly and in time for distribution.
• Assist the manager and monitor potential problems and develop ways to offset them.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:30pm

Salary:

• £30 000 per annum
