Grounds Maintenance Operatives

We are currently recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work as part of a friendly team based in the Medway Towns. These positions are temporary, however there are opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates, subject to performance, attendance, timekeeping and attitude
You will be working a combination of both days and nights, approximately 6-8 weeks on nights during September and October, 7.00pm -finish, typically 8 hours, for which you are paid an enhanced rate.
There will also be some night working planned for the following year.
Day shifts are Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime offered on weekends at an enhanced rate.
The main duties will include traffic management, strimming, weeding and grass cutting and other adhoc duties such as clearance of rubbish and emptying of bins.
The successful candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, with no disqualifications and a maximum of 3 points for insurance purposes.
Ideally you will have previous experience gained in a similar role, however full training is provided.
