Job Title: Aerodynamics Engineer (Senior/Principal)
Location: South West
Salary range: depending on experience.
Security Clearance: SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
We are currently seeking an Aerodynamics Engineer to join an expanding team at a leading Defence organisation who're dedicated to advancing cutting-edge products. You will lead projects focused on the design and optimization of advanced airframes in cutting-edge aerodynamic technology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver project milestones on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Assist with team development, reporting, and recruitment efforts.
- Utilize CFD tools and performance analysis methods.
- Lead wind tunnel testing and support flight trials.
- Contribute to designs across all product lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Engage with external partners.
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical knowledge in Aerodynamics & Performance.
- Proven ability to lead tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
