What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Pro: Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Team Player: Positive attitude, quick learner, and thrives in a diverse team

What You'll Do:

• Order Management: Process sales and purchase orders
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with ease
• Stock Management: Liaise with Goods In/Out and manage stock takes
• Admin Tasks: Process invoices, handle end-of-day invoicing, and general office tasks
• Sales Support: Follow up on potential sales enquiries and support the sales team
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers

Important Note: Due to the role's location, candidates must have a valid driver's licence and access to their own vehicle
