Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to clients face to face
  • Conduct operational pre-checks and proactively monitor operations
  • Monitor schedules and ensure timely coordination through the portal
  • Provide real time updates and messages to clients
  • Produce detailed briefings and documents for both internal and client use
  • Coordinate with various third-party suppliers, including service providers and logistics partners
  • Maintain and update the CRM system regularly
  • Produce and update schedules, ensuring accurate communication between clients and third-parties

Work Schedule:

  • This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, rota's will be provided in advance
  • Flexibility is required to meet business needs

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
