A fantastic opportunity has arisen on a twelve month fixed term basis for an experienced People Manager with experience in either logistics, distribution, manufacturing, engineering or retail. Candidates should have great employee relations experience and having previously worked with trade union will be a significant advantage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable candidate to deliver strategic HR across an organisation undergoing significant change. Candidates should have previous experience of:
Multi Site operations
Delivering guidance and advice on employment law, employee relations and policy.
Employee engagement
