Salary/Rate:
£27,000 - £30,000/annum subsidised canteen,free car park.

This exciting new role will work with our property development partners to make your mark as part of a growing projects across Yorkshire.

Coordinate with external project managers / in-house staff managing and providing design inputs and managing all aspects of a project which include planning, monitoring and controlling processes during project execution whilst adhering to requirements.

Coordinate with our international suppliers ( in china) to facilitate procurement relationship. 

Project Designing & Planning

  • Provide design inputs and feedback to the team.
  • Ensure that the designs are of high-quality standards and adhere to requirements
  • Plan & execute large projects to ensure that the implementation takes place as per schedule and as per the high-quality standards.
  • Time management to ensure the timeliness of deliveries, and that the quality of work is maintained.
  • Plan resource allocation and management to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Ensure that the project complies with all legal requirements.
  • Presenting design
  • Prepare scheme and make presentations to the Management
  • Interacting with Management to understand their requirements and incorporate them in the design.
  • Constantly update yourself with upcoming market trends and keep abreast with new techniques
  • Maintain a detailed project plan with clear-cut milestones and associated resource requirements for every project.
  • Keep the Management abreast with the progress of the designs as required per milestone.
  • Maintain an issues log and timely resolution of the issues in an effective and comprehensive manner.
  • Schedule & coordinate meetings, publish meeting agendas, and capture and publish minutes of meeting to keep track of requirements, grievances and feedback.
  • Understand, implement and follow relevant methodology, processes and standards to ensure that all project team members understand and follow them
  • Ensure working drawings adhere to industry standards.
  • Review drawings made by design team members to ensure they are of required quality and guide them where appropriate.
  • Provide necessary inputs in the development & detailing of designs as and when required.
  • Coordinate with Management, external design team members, Consultants, and authorities to ensure provide project related data/information.
  • Interacting with Service Consultants / Partners, Project team, Design team, Architect team & Technical Staff for the execution of the project.
  • Coordinate with the Site Supervisor to note the progress onsite.
  • Check sample materials used to ensure they adhere to quality standards and comply with the design
  • Liaison with certificate bodies to obtain required certificates for proper completion of the project.
  • Coordinate with architect and structural engineers.
  • Maintain project documentation as required (project report, evaluation document, GAP Analysis if required etc).
  • Maintain proper documents for records, and information retrieval.
  • nteract regularly with team members involved in project to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Sort differences amongst the team members to ensure that the project deliverables are not affected.
