Job Title: Business Development Manager (Bespoke furniture industry)

Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 + Commission (OTE £65,000)

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the company’s growth by closing new business deals and managing client accounts, ensuring ongoing revenue through upselling and cross-selling. A significant part of your role will involve meeting clients in person, so a valid driving licence is essential.

• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximise earning potential.
• Balance time between in-office responsibilities and travelling to meet clients, requiring a valid driving licence.
