Head of Change Management: Change, People, Technology, Transformation:

The Role:

• We're looking for an Experienced Head of Change Management for a market leading Geospatial marine business. We are looking for an individual who has established a Change Management function from the ground up, who ideally has some experience in the public sector/central government.

• Duration: 12 months - likely to extend beyond this.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate: £600p/d - £700p/d Inside Scope depending on experience.
• Location: Hybrid - Remote working predominately, with occasional travel on site to Taunton (once a week roughly)

Responsibilities/ Requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge of Establishing a Change Management function in an organisation
• Change management in relation to IT transformations is essential.
• Spearheading change and governance.
• Public sector experience is preferred, ideally within Central Government.
• Implement change initiatives to ensure the pace keeps up with organisational goals and best practices.
• Implementation of change frameworks across the organisation.
• Stakeholder management and engagement.
