An independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a driven and experienced Building Surveyor to join their thriving and close-knit team.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will become part of a close-knit, family-oriented business, enjoying a hard-working and motivating company culture.

Joining a team of 10, the Building Surveyor will support projects ranging from £10k to £5m, gaining exposure to a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, office, industrial, and hotel.

Person specification

  • An RICS accredited degree (ideally in Building Surveying)
  • A consultancy or private practice background
  • Well-rounded experience ideally in the commercial sector
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Good report writing and verbal communication skills
