M&E Estimator

We are currently recruiting for an Estimator with Mechanical & Electrical bias to join an established company that operates on Commercial, NHS, Education and Defence projects throughout the South East.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Estimating: 2 years (required)
Salary:
- £60k per annum + Bonus Scheme

The Role:
· Prepare and assess the requirements for producing tenders and budgets, establishing associated costs, all associated with M&E Lifecycle, Sustainability Projects, Contract Variations and New Tender opportunities within and across all Facilities business units..
. Ability to handle projects from initial enquiry through to final submission.
Requirements:
. Proficient with bill of quantities, NRM format would be beneficial
. Demonstrate experience and commercial awareness working within the Facility Services and Maintenance industry.
