We are currently recruiting for a Contacts Manager to support the Team by managing a new hard FM contract circa £4m per annum. The workload will involve overseeing a mix of PPM, reactive and small projects. The successful candidate should be prepared for managing change and be able to adapt to a fluid work stream.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 07.30-17.00, flexibility in working hours will be necessary to facilitate the business need.

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (required)
• CSCS Manager (desired)SMSTS (desired)Experience:
• Managing Minor Works Projects: 3 years (required)

Salary:

• £55k per annum

The Role:

· Overseeing PPM and Reactive Tasks

• Surveying minor works enquiries and advising clients of cost-effective solutions.

. Pre-planning labour and material requirements for current and upcoming projects

Requirements:

. 3 Years minimum experience in a facilities management role.

. Competent user of CAFM systems (Maximo would be an advantage)

. Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential.

. Full UK Driving Licence.

. The ability to gain full security clearance.
