Senior Site Manager

Fit Out UK, are a leading interior fit out contractor dominating the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential sectors nationwide.
Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept Senior Site Manager to help manage a new build Warehouse project from the ground up. As the Site Manager you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing fast paced new build projects in the commercial/industrial space.
- Ability to manage expectations and drive projects
- Main contractor background.
- Experience working on high value projects
- Very good IT and communication skills. Experience in using MS project important
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Ideally trade qualified
- Temporary Works Qualification Preferred
Start date ASAP with ongoing project work into 2026 and beyond.
