Talent Acquisition Specialist

My client who work within Manufacturing are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment. This is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Key Details: Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
• Early finish on a Friday.
• Fixed term contract up to 12 months, potentially longer.
• Salary ranging £27,000 - £32,000.

Duties and Experience: Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers and on boarding new hires.
• Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals and industry networks.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates, considering compensation, benefits and other relevant factors.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
