£65,000 - £75,000/annum

One of the UK's largest privately owned Contractors have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their North West office.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects.

The Project Manager role will include:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Lead and manage project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Procedure and Manual
  • Manage all sub-contractors and supply chain effectively
  • Ensure best practices and quality are being maintained
  • Be proactive in the identification and resolution of problems
  • Ensuring the project runs to program and budget
  • Work closely and liaise as required with the design team
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client and their representative
  • To monitor the progress of the project and manage issues as they arise

Knowledge skills & experience

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering a range of projects at Project Manager level
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience of Project Planning
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
  • Strong Commercial awareness
