Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Witney | £22,500pa - £25,000pa plus benefits & commission:

We are looking at growing our team of talented Recruitment Consultants from our offices in central Witney.
 
We’d love to hear from you if you have ever thought about Recruitment as a possible career, you may have a technical degree but unsure about how to use it, or you may be an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is interested in working for a business which gives you the flexibility and autonomy to develop and grow your own market and desk.
 
In your new role as Recruitment Consultant, you will be afforded a high degree of autonomy, you can plan and set your own day / week plan, you may want to specialise within a certain technical vertical or industry sector, or generalise in Engineering, Manufacturing or IT. What we will give you in return is the training, support, guidance and tools to make sure you’re successful, some of your daily activities may include:

• New business development
• Candidate marketing
• Developing relationships with high level candidates or clients through networking events
• Working closely with resourcing teams on candidate sourcing & screening projects
• Perpetuating the growth of in-house resources
• Performance planning
