Job Title: Transport Administrator / Office Clerk - Maternity Cover!
Pay Rate: £14.01 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. £25,869.48 per annum.
Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster
Shifts: 0500am start time on a 4 on 4 off rota
Start Date: 2nd September 2024 until 1st March 2025 (End date may extend)

Job Role:
- Rota: 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- 12hour shifts – 0500am to 1700pm
- Night shift cover may be required on odd occasions to cover holidays and sickness.
- Overtime available
- You will be working as an Office Clerk for a global supply chain.
- This role is Maternity cover from 2nd September to 1st March. This could extend for a further couple of weeks.
- You will receive full training.
- You will receive 24-hour support from our dedicated Operations team.
Duties:
· General office duties
· Meet and greet workers and drivers
· Answering the phone and sending emails
· Booking in Drivers
· Allocating keys to Drivers
· Dealing with any queries
· Assisting with daily planning of staff and routes
· Assisting the FLM
· KPI Reports
· Attendance logs / timekeeping
· Liaising with agencies regarding staff / pay queries
· All other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Previous experience in admin preferred
- Previous experience in transport is advantageous
You must:
- Be punctual.
- Have a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Smart appearance.
- Be over the age of 18 for insurance purposes.
- Respect all staff and vehicles.
