A specialist contractor in the passive fire protection industry, known for delivering high-quality fire protection solutions across the UK, is looking for a mobile Fire Door Supervisor to join their fire door division covering multiple projects across Kent and South London.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing carpenters on fire door installations and remedials in social housing and commercial properties
• Visiting multiple sites per day so a lot of travel across Kent and South London

What’s on offer?

This position is being offered on a permanent PAYE or self-employed basis:

• Self-employed: £240/day + mileage
• Permanent: £45,000 - £50,000 + vehicle and fuel card

The successful candidate will have:

• Technical trade background, preferably carpentry
• Ideally looking for someone with FIRAS accreditation and/or BMTrada
• Experience overseeing fire door installations
• Knowledge of fire door compliance
• Excellent site health and safety knowledge
• Good personnel management skills
• Experience liaising directly with residents and customers
