Are you an experienced Social Worker based in Richmond and Wandsworth area?
Position: Social Worker (Adults) - PO1
Location: Richmond and Wandsworth, TW1
Salary: £30.00
Type: Temp-12 weeks
Shifts : Mon to Fri (09:00:AM - 05:00:PM)
Requirements:
- Child/Adult DBS on Update Service.
- UK Passport/Right to Work (skilled worker VISA's need not apply)
- 5 Years of professional references
- Social work England/HCPC Check
- Experiance of Case Masnagement/Completing Care Act Assesments
- Mental Capacity Assesment
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, and will have experience of holding a case load and working with complex cases
The team works with adults aged 18-75 with a enduring mental health diagnoses to meet their social care needs, and is separate from the clinical community mental health team.
