Are you a skilled multi-trade professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals for a sub-contract role in new build maintenance and repair. This is a long term sub-contract role.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: £160 per day
- Contract Type: Long-term sub-contract
- Travel Requirement: Up to 50 miles or 1.5 hours travel time

- Vehicle: Use your own van initially; company van provided after 4 weeks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance and repair
- Experience in either carpentry/joinery, tiling, plumbing, plastering, roofing, groundwork, dry lining, painting and decorating, floor laying, bathroom fitting or kitchen fitting.
- Own van/vehicle
- Willingness to travel up to 60 miles
- Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
