Junior Bill of Materials (BoM) Analyst / Near Leamington Spa / Up to £35,000 per annum

Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing business, is looking for a Junior BoM Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data management to support critical programs and new product introductions (NPI).

Junior Bill Of Materials Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for both ongoing projects and NPI.
• Oversee and execute the ECR/ECN (Engineering Change Request/Engineering Change Notification) process.
• Create and maintain new part numbers within the system.
• Raise, modify, and close production orders as needed.
• Administer master data in the MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) system.
• Perform mass system uploads for various updates.
• Provide LN system support for the Supply Chain & Planning Department.
• Manage the Perpetual Inventory (PI) system to ensure policy compliance.
• Generate ad-hoc reports from the MRP system as required.

Junior Bill Of Materials Analyst Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with extracting and inputting data from a database
• Experience with Microsoft Query is ideal
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Configuration Control, or Materials Control is ideal but not essential
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage, Infor LN, or SAP is ideal but not essentail
• Understanding and practical experience with MRP systems.
